The current exercise guidelines are

• Children should workout for 60 minutes a day
• Encourage daily exercise or should be at least three times a week
• Encourage to do more aerobic exercise
• The one hour exercise should be filled with areobic exercise ,muscle and bone strengthening exercises

The dietary consideration are

• Foods which are natural should be provided (fruits, vegetables, cereals, grains,pulses,sprouts
• Meat ,poultry ,fish twice or thrice a week
• No junk foods
• Drink adequate liquids
• Avoid beverages ,soft drink ,soda, cola
• Provide a balanced diet
