one of the attributes of a community leader is an ability to influence others toward some kind of action. If you were recruiting new partners for a coalition to address childhood asthma, who would you approach? How would you articulate why they are needed?

A community is a vast place where there are multiple type of patients from new born to elderly population. Everyone cannot be accessed to get a whole data of any particular project if tried to be carried on, in this place a community health nurse and social workers can be recruited to address this .They can communicate with the patents regarding their child's health status, personal ,medical history,vaccination,environmental exposure to rule out the actual cause if childhood asthma and they can provide a complete documentary report regarding the prevalence of the disease and providing necessary ideas and measures to control and prevent it.
