Answer #1

Basically, it was few months before I realized that I am gaining weight and most of the weight is due to the fat deposited in the abdomen and my abdomen . First few days I haven't gave any importance to it but when others started to taunt me about my abdomen and when it started affecting my capacity by making me tired easily .I got seriously conscious and decided to do something to lose this belly fat . Then I reviewed many YouTube videos related to physical fitness , diet plans and exercises . I saw an online fitness program and started following them along with strict diet plan . The affect was visible within one month , my waist size decreased from 36 to 32 cm , weight lose from 60 kg to 55kg .I was able to wear all my clothes which I wasn't able to . It helped me to regain my personality ,confidence and work effectively without getting tired easily. All these factor were the motivating factors for me to continue my physical activity program .

The factors which kept me from being physically active are :-

- laziness

- junk food eating habits

- sedentary life style

The negative impact caused by the above factors motivated me to change my behavior and have a healthy lifestyle which helped me to regain my lost confidence and health .

I bought diet pills, supplements, exercise equipment, and many other items that were advertised as causing quick and easy weight loss while still being able to eat whatever you wanted. I would always start using the product with a lot of enthusiasm, only to realize after a short time that it didn’t work at all. In the case of...
