Answer #1

ANSWER.

* Calculation of amount(ml) of drug administered.

Formula = Desired dose/Dose in hand * Quantity.

    Here

        Desired dose(D) = 200 mcg.

       Dose in hand(H) = 2 mg.

Convert mg to mcg for calculation

      Dose in hand (H) = 2000 mcg

             Quantity(Q) = 1 ml.

As per above formula

          Amount(ml) of drug required = D/H * Q

                                                    = 200 / 2000 * 1

                                                    = 0.1 * 1

                                                    = 0.1 ml.
