The master of science in nursing(MSN) - prepared nurse to have special skills and knowledge for health promotion in a nursing role.
case scenario:
patients in the critical care unit more prone to a central line-associated bloodstream infection. MSN special knowledge and education can prevent potential risk. it makes confidence in preparedness in caring patients for better improvement.
Inadequate technical support can increase the nurse's work time with each patient which leads to the highest risk for infection.
Advanced technology in patient care improves patient safety. graduate nurses' special knowledge can implement a technolgy application in patient safety and quality care, it also avoids potential risk. Technology solutions reduce the nurse's work times and help implement rapid changes to improve care. Quality improvement training projects affect the central line-associated bloodstream infection rates in critical areas. staff higher education and technical support help for evidence-based nursing practice and avoid negligence and improve patient health outcomes.
