Middle age would be from 40 -60 years.
There will be changes in the genital organs.
The menstrual cycle stops, ovaries stop the estrogen and progesterone production.
After menopause, there will be a thin reproductive organ and the area.
There will be less elastic, dryness, chronic irritation and more prone to vaginal yeast infection disease.
Uterus, fallopian tube, ovary become smaller.
  There will be less amount of connective tissue, muscle, ligaments in the uterus, bladder, and rectum.
There will be sagging of the organ, it causes difficulty urination, bowel and bladder frequency, pelvic pressure, etc.
Breast decrease in size due to less estrogen production.
There will be less connective tissue support for the breast cause sagging and changes in the shape of the breast.
Due to high fat and less fibrous tissue, there will be less firm of the breast.
