It was in 1895,Wilhelm Roentgen, a German scientist discovered X-Rays.He won the first Nobel prize in Physics in 1901 for thet discovery. But he couldnt find any glow when he switched off that circuit. Then he realized that it was the activity of some unknown rays, which he lated named it as X rays.
