Dental and vision problems are more incidence among the population now a days, through medicaid benefits the people's may get emergency services for dental and vision.

So that the health care outcomes may good among the population through this Medicaid Services.

In these the nurses can provide the primary health care which is needed by clients, the care is medically and psychologically and physically.

The nurses may educate the clients regarding their health care management.

In these all types of nursing care provided by the primary health nurses in nursing care centers.

Goals are :

* To reduce the health disparities like morbidity and mortality rates.

* Health promotion and disease prevention.

* providing services to rural and urban area people and who are vulnerable and uninsured and underinsured patients.
