The available strength is, 50 mg in 250 mL

Means, the volume containing 0.262 mg of dose is, 250 x 0.262 / 50 = 1.31 mL

Thus, the dosage per minute is, 1.31 mL

The mL/hr is, 60 min* 1.31 = 78.6 mL
