The available strength is, 2.5 g in 400 mL or 2500 mg in 400 mL

Means, the volume containing 4 mg of dose is, 400 x 4 / 2500 = 0.64 mL

Thus, the dosage per minute is, 0.64 mL

The mL/hr is, 60 min* 0.64 = 38.4 mL

Similarly,

The volume containing 6 mg of dose is, 400 x 6 / 2500 = 0.96 mL

Thus, the dosage per minute is, 0.96 mL

The mL/hr is, 60 min* 0.64 = 57.6 mL

Thus, the dose range to be administered in an hour is, 38.4 mL – 57.6 mL/hr
