Informed consent : It is a written form of declaration certificate to perform any activity or procedure to the client.

According to the patient willing they will give signature on the consent form, to continue procedure.

Informed consent issues includes :

* Some of the Religious beliefs : due to those beliefs some times patients and their attenders will not willing their procedures.

* Children below 18 years age : If the children age below 18 years they can not give signature in consent form.

If unknowingly they will do sign, it may one of the legal issue.

* Patient Receiving nature : before taking consent we will explain all the things to client, if the client received in a negative manner it may also one of the informed consent issue.

* maintainance of health and safety in the employment areas.

These laws are benefit to professional nursing practice like,

* Encouragement of employees by providing benefits like good salaries, holidays, ect.

* by maintaining some of rules and regulations the punctuality can improve, and quality of care also improves.

For example : in professional nursing practice by maintaining punctuality the patients can receive quality care by taking handover on shift by another shift staff.

That means the client can receive 24 hours continueos care, so that quality may increases by receiving good care.
