Facts:
Aboriginal people are indigenous people. In 1971 Aboriginal people
first counted as a citizen. They also called as Torres strait
Islander. Indigenous Australians have poorer health than other
Australians. They have respiratory disease, mental health problems,
diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic kidney disease.
Traditional systems playa vital role in healing beliefs. Teenage
births are common among women. They have family structure as
single, multi, and lone person households. Aboriginal people
increased the birth rate to a growing population. There is a
percentage and number is problematic due to people's death rate and
birth rate, statistics are a useful indicator for time and
disparities.

From 1991 to 1996 census there was 33% increased total
population
From 1996 to 2001 census there was 16% increased total
population
From 2001 to 2006 census there was 11% increased total
population
Percentage:
In 2006 29% and 28% of total indigenous populaton. There is a small
minority in total population states 2% and 3.5% total 32% of the
indigenous population. 81% of indigenous people live in
multi-family households, it increased with remoteness. 86% of
people speak English, 12% speak the indigenous language it varies
as per the geographical location. 69% of children out of home, 41%
children were neglected, 18% people died in custody, 45% general
male person population, 70% of people living in rented house, there
was 93% were employees they are working in private and government
sector, working in low, high, middle-skill occupation and having
non-school qualification.
