1. Individual: Public health nurse can intervene the reasons or the factors of the opioid crisis. The second step can be taken as by evaluating the patient, risk factors as well as self determination.
2. Interpersonal: In this level, the public health nurse can determine the opioid access that can be through family, friends etc. The public health nurse can encourage individually to avoid the consumption and misuse of opioid.
3. Institutional: The public health nurse can also evaluate the condition of the community and Occurance rate and hence can provide specific methods.
4. Community: Public health nurse can intervene about the clinics, quality of care provided, safe disposal of the waste products as well as keep records ann monitor the opioid availability and it's misuse.
5. Social: Encourage people to eliminate the misuse as well as provide educational or awareness programs etc.
