5. Option D is correct as ulcers , specially mouth ulcers & peptic ulcers are not directly linked with the stress. Rest all the health problems like diabetes, insomnia & tensions headache are highly associated with the stress.

6. Option D is correct as loneliness is stressors which is not the result of poor time management because it can be due to the normal living of life at the end stage of the life not due to the poor time management.

7. Option C is correct as keeping feelings and thoughts to oneself is not the part of a stress management plan as it increases the stress level. Hence feelings and thoughts should be shared with the others to reduce the stress.
