Answer #1

a, Anticholinergic drug overdose can cause toxicity it includes tachycardia, flushed face, blurred vision, dry mouth, fever, trouble breathing, etc. Anticholinergic medications block the neurotransmitter action and reduce the acetylcholine from causing involuntary muscle movement in the lung, urinary tract, GI system, etc.
b, When there is too little Acetylcholine at the central nervous system and peripheral muscarinic receptors, it causes side effects. Muscarinic receptors are Autonomic neurons involve in cholinergic signals in CNS. muscarine and anticholinergic are prototypical agonists and antagonists for receptor class. It is the main receptor stimulated by acetylcholine released from postganglionic fibers in the parasympathetic nervous system.
c, Action of the inhibition can increase the level of acetylcholine and inhibit the enzyme(choline esterase) it prevents the excess acetylcholine formation. Physostigmine, neostigmine, and pyridostigmine are anticholine esterases it acts in the CNS has solubility and ionization. this enzyme inhibit the enzyme so acetylcholine increase at the neuroreceptor site.
