Answer #1

In my opinion, I would choose selective programs. Now, this choice might differ from person to person. As mentioned above the selective program deals with groups of children or teens who are at a stage wherein they can be easy targets of drug abuse. The idea of selecting this program is to avoid any further damage to the nation by controlling the downfall of young teens into drug abuse. Other intellectual minds can select a universal program with the concept of giving the right information to the kids at an early stage of life regarding the side effects related to drugs. Whereas other random individuals could choose the indicated program with the idea of rehabilitating the life of those individuals that have been detoriated and believe in the idea of restoring them to be better from what they are now. Thus this choice might differ on how the society looks upon the increasing rate of drug abuse around them.
