Answer: There is a specific relationship between what we eat and our health. The intake of healthy foods such as spinach, lettuce, kale etc. provides nutrients to the body. It contains high amount of fibre, vitamins as well as mostly all essential nutrients. This keeps our body healthy as well as mental health. Whereas, consumption of alcohol, smoking etc. causes increase in the risk of diseases such as lung cancer, COPD etc. So, there is specific relationship between what we eat and out health.

The three most preventive methods that can lead to the top three leading causes of death in the U.S are:

  • Exercise: This is one of the best method to prevent ourselves from deadly disease. Exercise not only keep our body healthy, active and fit but also keeps our mind healthy. It regulates the blood pressure, diabetic conditions as well as maintains proper health.
  • Vaccination: Children in U.S are suffers from measles and it causes death in many people. Due to lack of vaccination children suffers from communicable disease. So immunization can prevent the disease.
  • Health monitoring: Regular checkup of health can prevent the disease occurance, disease can be prevented at Early stage.

The daily caloric need is 2000 and hence it is required for normal functioning of body. It depends upon the work ability such as physical activity, work pressure etc.
