Answer #1

Ans) Sports drinks are designed to replenish fluids lost during activity. They typically contain water, electrolytes and sugar.

- Energy drinks have added caffeine and other ingredients that their manufacturers say increase stamina and "boost" performance.

- Large amounts of caffeine may cause serious heart and blood vessel problems such as heart rhythm disturbances and increases in heart rate and blood pressure. Caffeine also may harm children's still-developing cardiovascular and nervous systems. Guarana, commonly included in energy drinks, contains caffeine.

- A 2016 study found that energy drinks can raise blood pressure, which greatly increase the risk of heart attack and stroke. And other dangerous heart problems have been linked to energy drinks, even in young people. It's not clear what makes energy drinks hard on the heart, but it doesn't seem to be just the caffeine.
