1 teaspoon = 5ml.

Available dose is 5 ml = 160 mg.

1ml = 160 mg/ 5ml

1ml = 32 mg.   

Desired dose(D) is 2.5 teaspoon = 5ml* 2.5

D= 12.5ml.

1ml= 32mg

12.5 ml = 12.5 * 32= 400 milligrams

=400 mg
