I had worked in a nursing home. It was a great experience as it teaches you many things in life. I struggled in my initial stages as there were not enough nursing assistants in my nursing home. I had to look after nearly 8 residents in the starting stages. Some of them were not able to do anything without the help of others and some required only a little help.
They shared their bright and sad moments they came across. You need to have a smile on your face always while approaching elders even if you had a bad day. There are so much to learn from their life. They will teach you the importance of happiness and peace in life. It is important to enjoy every moment in our life. They all had their own moments.
