  • Adequate exercise on daily basis has to be done
  • Adequate fluid intake has to be taken
  • Healthy fat diet can be taken so a low fat and cholesterol diet has to be followed because this is the major cause for cholecystitis .This forms the most important aspects in its prevention.
  • Proper weight management
