Level 1 - Positional Leadership
Only a leader because they were put there by someone else. You have leadership because of a title, e.g. shift manager

Level 2 - Relationship Leadership
You like your boss, you have a relationship with your he/she, you care about what your boss thinks of you. Knowing your employees

Level 3 - Production Leadership
You are the show, you become a leader by doing the job with your workers. When you are engaged, your employees are engaged

Level 4 - Human Development Leadership
Recruit the people and you develop them and teach them skills. Teach your employees to be better employees

Level 5 - Respect Level of Leadership
When someone is so prominent, you have respect for them. Automatic respect because of their title. Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, etc.
