• Self esteem
• self-actualization

The Maslow's theory involves the components which provides platform regarding the motivational requirements. It can indulge in healthcare as the physiological needs of the patients that is required for the patient. The requirement of food, safety, love and attention that the patient requires. It will enable the healthcare professionals to deliver quality of care to the patients. This can be applied in career by recognizing the need of ourselves. The self determination and the motivation required by us.

The Erikson's theory involves the stages of the psychological development of the human from childhood to adult by the influence of the society, family etc.

This theory applies to different age groups as:

• Infancy: This stage involves the development of infant one to two years where the infant understands the trust, confidence and being with parents.
