There is a famous saying prevention is better than cure.To best avoid this situation or consequences in advance is to inform the customer through a call or fax or mail with the genuine reason for the delay and request them to make arrangements from external sources.

Simultaneously an option has to be provided from the instrument availability from other services in an affordable rate with good quality.

This measures prevent patient anger on the staff due to delay and provide them an option to meet their needs on timely manner and provide a satisfactory relationship between both.
