Answer #1

Given

Order :Levodopa

Initial dose:250mg thrice a day

So for first three days the dose will be 250×3=750mg

(Dose has to be increased by 250mg on every fourth day)

On 4th day ,addition of 250mg=1000mg(250+750)

8th day=1250mg (1000+250)

12th day=1500mg (1250+250)

16th day=1750mg (1500+250)

20th day=2000mg (1750+250)

24th day=2250mg (2000+250)

28th day= 2500mg (2250+250)

Ans:The maintenance dose is 2500mg
