Is there a specific age at which children can truly be said to have capacity about life-altering medical decisions? Is it 18? Is it before or after? Explain your reasoning.

On the same note, to what extent should parents be allowed to make life-altering medical decisions for their children? Should the religious preferences of the parents impact the care of the child? Why or why not?

Ans-

Age should be 18 years in INDIA and in USA it is 12 but after age of 18 there is no restriction in between 12-18 years it is not illegal

This is because under 12 year of age person is considered as child and it is assumed that is the design by child is of unsound mind and is without overall consecunces consideration so that below 18 parents aur gurgen concent is taken

Parents are allowed till 12 year of age to make design about the child as per the law by government in between 12-18 they cam help in modifying the design

No religious dispute iis there this law is same for all religions

age of free concent is 16-18 very by place to place in world

What is your idea about following paragraphs? There are many young people looking to start families.
