13. One consequence of breaching a practitioner or individual boundaries will leads to poor practice standards result in damaging the rights and welfare of the people who receiving the care. Failure to work within these boundaries may result in reprimand, legal action or disciplinary actions. While breaking the boundaries, you may undermine others dignity, put someone at risk , discredit your organization or breach code of conduct.

* Negligence and malpractice: Health care professionals are accountable for providing services to the patient without any discrimination and care providers are always at risk for being charged with negligence and malpractice.
