It depends whether the news reporter my friend or not.If she is my friend i will meet her and go to lunch but if the conversation goes in the direction of the celebrity then I will explain to her that the information is private and cannot be disclosed and it is aganist the rules of confidentiality.

And If she is not my friend than i would outright decline the invitation because then the reason for lunch invitation is for gaining information about the celebrity patient and the information is confidential.
