Malaysia Homegrown Tealive has recently entered Japan by collaborating with Japan’s Tokyo-based Giftee Inc. The internal environment in Japan and Malaysia is entirely different, therefore it will seriously impact the internal working of Tealive branches in Japan. Japanese companies follow model of long work hours with strong devotion to the company. Tealive in Japan has to internally face challenges since the environment in Malaysia is comparatively free and not so stringent. To function in japan is a great challenge for internal management.
