Considering your knowledge of the six global revolutions, who is better positioned for growth in the United States – Aldi or Wal-Mart? Why? Use data to support your position.

Aldi has a unique operation mode and better adaptability than Walmart during international expansion. On the other hand,  Walmart also operates successfully around the world except in Germany. Though both of them value low price and high quality, Walmart is able to satisfy one-stop shopping to its customers because it has more product categories than Aldi. In addition, Aldi operates its retail chain without any adaption to a local market and just do what it did in Germany(home country). When customers are unable to find the products they want in the store and they will not come again next time. This is a kind of problem for most of the customers to spare time and revisit the store.

Thus if we look at the type of products are available and the nature of customer service and satisfaction obtained by the customer, Wal-Mart is better poised to get success in the USA than Aldi
