1) Constipation - Constipation is infrequent bowel movements or situation where it is hard to pass stool. It occurs when stool remains in large intestine for too long.
There are many strategies that can prevent Constipation.
One is use of laxatives and other is eating fiber.
Both can pressure the stool from colon to pass through.
2) Irritable bowel syndrome
It is an intestinal disorder that cause pain in stomach, diarrhoea and Constipation.
Regular exercise, regular meals and fiber in meals can prevent Irritable bowel syndrome.
