Answer : C. Start by identifying the weakest process in the process chain.

Theory of constraints assumes that the output of the process or the system is limited or constrained by atleast one constraint in the system. This constraint is the weakest process or step in the entire chain or system. If the output of the process needs to be enhanced or increased, then the constraint's output needs to be increased. Hence if the output of the process needs to be enhanced, then we should start by identifying the weakest process in the process chain.as per the Theory of Constraints.
