1 Ventricular depolarization is indicated by the QRS complwx.. Contraction of the ventricles is caused due to ventricular depolarozation. Hence bwcause of the larger tissue mass, the QRS complex is larger than the P wave.

2 . Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: A characteristicabnormality is that the anterolateral or inferior chest leads to QRS abnormality , which may mimic the appearance of myocardial infarction.

3 There are disease which it is attached. Th hypokalemia, acute rheumatic fever, or carditis associated with Lyme disease. Diseases associated with short PR interval (of less than 120ems) may be kinked with an atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia such as Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome or Lown–Ganong–Levine syndrome or junctional rhythm.

4.Diseases like left ventricular hypertrophy can be diagnosed on ECG . When there is ishypertrophied myocardium, the electrical activation takes place throigh a larger mass of myocardium for electrical activation to pass ; Hence the amplitude of the QRS complex, representing that the ventricular depolarization, is increased.
