Natural cause variance are Those cause that are inheritedly part of the process for system.

On the other hand special cause variance are Those cause that are not part of the process for system all the time

- Do not affect everyone

- arise because of specific circumstances.

Natural cause variance is the common or expected variance in the process whereas special cause variance is unexpected variable that result from unusual occurance.

common cause variance approve action to take inherited capability, not change unless process is change and not react to individuals occurance and special cause variance appropriate action to take react to special cause and if there have negative effect.
