8. Whey protein is commonly used as supplementary protein. It is highly nutritious as it contains beta-lactoglobulin, alpha lactalbumin, bovine serum albumin, immunoglobins.

It is also used in weight loss, reduce cholesterol level, reduce blood pressure, etc..
