Provide a brief review of the main topic for Milgram's Obedience Experiment and its relation with Belmont Report and Informed Consent.

The milgram's obedience experiment was carried out to study the obedience to authority and personal conscience. He wanted to study the act of killing a racial group during the world war II. He also wanted to know to what extent people can go to obey order from authorized people. The experiment was conducted at yale university. It was concluded that the people can really go to the extent of killing another person just to obey order. As 65% of people got ready to give 450v to the participants.

The belmont report and informed consent was prepared to protect rights of humans in the experiments done by psychologists. The participants were not aware of the risks and danger of participating in the process of experiments. It involved the risks to their lives as well. To protect such participants from such risks it the report was formed.
