Addressing the "Triple Aim" in health care, there are five strategies that are necessary to achieve this goal in health care organizations: Focus on individuals and families, Redesign of primary care services and structures, Population health management, Cost control platforms, and System integration and execution. Which strategy do you feel is most important for health organizations to focus on to achieve the "Triple Aim"; which goal do you feel is most challenging?
Triple aim in the health care is the cost, care and health for people. To achieve these aims, the most important strategy is redesigning of primary care services and structures. It is most important, because it is the approach that can spread not only awareness regarding the health through primary care centers, but also it develops a culture of preventive medication among the people. It will prevent the formation of bigger health care issues in the beginning itself. So, it will save cost and people will not undergo the severe health care issues as they have already prevented it when the problem started. It enhances the quality of lives. So, this strategy is most important.
The most challenging aim is cost. It
is very difficult to control it as it is the structural problem and
it needs attention in the form of structural reforms so that it
decreases the costs of health care.
