Answer: Health care setting is one of the challenge in itself. Caring people is a kind of challenge as in this health care professionals have to meet the requirements as well as the demand of care of the patient. The most difficult in health care setting is community care. The basic human resources function is the most challenging as in community care, healthcare professionals has to work hard. Because the people of community have different beliefs and ideas, not everyone think alike. To convince them, to impart knowledge about the health care is one of the difficult task.

One has to be mentally prepared for the challenge as it is not easy to make people sure about their health. They have their own criteria of requirements for care. So, the healthcare professionals have to work hard to achieve this.
