a) Heterozygous genotype in a chromatogram can be identified with the presence of a single peak position having 2 peaks of different colors instead of just one.

So sample with point mutation shows heterozygous genotype

b) Amino acid sequence for wild type

Coding strand = 5’ ACT TTT GAC 3’

amino acid sequence= Thr Phe Asp

For point mutation

Coding strand= 5’ ACT TTN GAC

amino acid sequence= Thr Phe/ Leu Asp

c) If T replace with C than silent mutation will take place

If T replace with A or G than missense mutation will be there as phenylalanine (aromatic) will change to leucine (non aromatic)
