I have been working for an insurance organization based in Milwaukee and it is one of the Giants in the industry as well. Like all business organization the primary objective is to generate the maximum revenue and incur profit from the same. The organization along with profit driven activities also consider various social and community work as important and they have taken up the initiative of rural development based on that they have built and started their operations in developing or under developed cities which will help the cities rise and grow. Along with that they have also taken up initiative to take care of the environment and in order to achieve that they possess resycling plants where they recycle waste and generate resources which helps the environment. Planting trees and maintaining a green working environment has been their signature style of working. They also employ the weaker section of the society for various works related to facilities and to amke it even better, they possess a dedicated unit of facilities whose primary objective is to provide the best facilities to the employees and the organization.
