Ans- The most significant issues faced by organization in the change process is the employees resistance to change, conflicts.
Employees resist to change because they fear what will be the unknown and some do not want to take additional responsibilities and thus do not want to change. They fear that what if they could not handle the new work and some even fear losing their job so there are several things like this which goes on in the employees mind and so they resist this change.
Conflicts arises because of these change as employees remain frustrated because of the constant fear of the unknown and they cannot concentrate on their current work which give rise to frustration among themselves and the conflict arises with other people
These issues occur because management does not properly communicate about the change process with their employees. The employees are not involved in the change process and thus they fear what will be the unknown
