Hydrophobic interactions take place when there are no partially or completely charged ions or functional groups like acid and amine. Therefore options 1 & 2 are correct.

Fruit, beans, milk and vegetables have a rich amount of lysine in it. Hence options 2,4,5,6 can be used.

The globular protein arrangement is simply the 3-D dimensional structure of a protein where the protein forms globules or spheres. This kind of structure is seen in RBC. It is the Tertiary Structure of protein.
