INDIVIDUAL AUTONOMY
The degree to which an employee is free to perform their processes in the given organization.

STRUCTURE
The ingrain values, objectives, understanding of hierarchy, etc.

MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
The involvement of the management of the company in order to uphold the values and principles of the culture.

IDENTITY AND ADHERENCE
How an individual identifies with the culture and how they adhere to it.

COMMUNICATION PATTERNS
How communication is conducted in the organization between the different members, departments and hierarchy.

OUTCOME ORIENTATION
The extent of the management to focus on the result rather than the processes itself are all characteristics by which we can define the culture of a company.

PEOPLE
How the people act, behave, the process of the following morality, ethical actions and their own understanding of the culture can be considered as an important characteristic.
