Three stop codons, UAG, UAA, and UGA code for non-sense mutations..

The normal gene sequence is : UU_ CU_ CC_ AC_ GU_ AC_AC_CG_UGG

Mutant 3 sequence is :- UU_ CU_ CC_ AC_ GU_ AC_AC_CG_UAG

There is a transition mutation in either the second or the third nucleotide of UGG (Trp) which converts it into stop codon.
