Question 1. The conclusion from this analysis shows that enzymes optimally work under specific range of pH and after that its activity decreases.

Question 2. The two results that supports this conclusion are:-

A. Pepsin works under acidic pH and requires a pH range of 2-3. As pH increases, the activity of pepsin decreases.

B. Trypsin activity is best observed in alkaline pH as trypsin requires a pH range of 8-9. But too much increase in pH or alkaline medium, decreases the activity of trypsin as seen from the graph above.
