Using the Beer's Lambert law

A = \epsilon lc

Using this equation

A2 A1 C2 C1

A11 absorbance unit, c1= 0.1mM

A10.5 absorbance unit, c2 = (need to find)

A2 0.1 0.05m M 2 A1

Since the solution is diluted to 1000 times, hence the original concentration of solution

stock solution concentration 1000c2=0.05M or 50m M
