It can be used for project improvement and future stages of current projects. lessons learned help to transfer and analyze such recommendations forward from one team to another team of the project in the workplace.

There some benefits of using lessons learned in the project help to improve and sharing ideas for improving work process, efficiency, effectiveness, quality, safety etc. Second it is useful in saving monetization by no need of project reinvention every time. The third lesson learned that it is the documentation information and it reflects the positive and negative experiences for the future of a project and helps to prevent a negative experience. To capture effective lessons and acted upon some steps are need to do within the project first is to identify lesson learned process and actively collect information on lessons as you implement, tie it with your objectives and goals, should value for money, programme and dynamics partnership, consider both negative and positive lessons.
