1- Taguchi Method broadly covers two aspects.Firstly It utilizes Statistical Data to design an experiment for identifying the most crucial factors responsible for a sound design and product .And Second one concept is The Degradation or loss of performance is judged by the deviation of any designed variable from its target value.

This is also known as Robust Design as it focuses on the improving the product from its core resulting in flexible design and concurrent engineering.

2- Deming Quality Philosophy is named after Dr. W Edward Deming who presented a holistic approach to leadership and management.It combines bring knowledge and view of variation,theory of knowledge,psychology and appreciation of system.It helps in the growth of an organization by transformation.It provides 14 points of management.
