CRM or customer relationship management system is the method of data collection of healthcare patients. CRM collects general information as well as analyze various problems in the healthcare system.

Characteristics -

  1. Clear and transparent billing services.
  2. It can able to forecast incoming and outgoing of the patient.

b) EHR -

EHR or electronic health record systems gather the personal information of patients and analyze that information to generate a deeper understanding.

Characteristics -

  1. EHR held in the easy scheduling of the patients.
  2. It has a detailed reporting system.
