We can say that an organization's structure can be considered to be its defining principle which allows its employees to make the use of the present resources and policies in order to allow the employees to focus on building and producing quality product and services. The structure is an organization-wide phenomenon which can work as the deciding factor for a company to maintain its competitive edge in the sense of the market. Every organization needs a particular structure to work effectively. We can say that the process starts from assessing the needs of the company to make ting the effectiveness by constantly improving on the foundations. The entire process revolves around the manager and the leaders and how they can effectively formulate the required values needed by the company in order to make it a part of their structure.

We can say that it is an ever-changing process, making use of the input from the management, the employees, the leaders in order to document, implement, monitor, report and survey the required changes to the company's working structure to make sure it helps in their proper functioning as a part of the market.
